Royal navy replishement ship RFA “Tidespring” (A136) is arrived this morning at the naval base of Souda Bay in Crete.
The ship is part of the HMS Queen Elizabeth carrier group and entered the Mediterranean through the Suez channel in the late morning of 16 November.
Meanwhile the HMS Queen Elizabeth (R08) and the destroyer HMS Defender (D36) are underway south of Crete.
The Queen Elizabeth yesterday morning, at the time of the crash of one of the F-35s, was underway between Cyprus and the island of Crete.
