Today, we recorded a series of unusual flights bound for Rzeszów, the logistics hub in Poland where Western military aid for Ukraine converges.
These involved a double rotation between Zagreb, Croatia, and Poland. What stands out is that both flights were conducted by an RCAF Lockheed C-130J (reg. 130616).
This is not the first time we have observed such flights, consistently operated by Canadian Hercules aircraft. It is possible that within NATO, these flights have been assigned to Canada (with aircraft based in Europe), as Croatia currently does not have cargo planes of this size.
