The Russian withdrawal from Syria continues. This week, we have seen the ongoing repatriation of Russian equipment from Syria by sea, but that is not the only method Moscow is using to bring back materials and gear.

The airlift between Russia and the Latakia base also continues. This morning, a Russian Air Force Ilyushin Il-76MD (reg. RA-78840) took off from the Syrian base heading toward Russia.

The flights are conducted through Turkish airspace.
