This morning, an Italian Air Force Boeing KC-767A (reg. MM62227) took off from Pratica di Mare AB and headed to Pisa San Giusto AB, before departing for Rzeszów Airport in Poland — the main hub for military aid bound for Ukraine. After a stop of about two hours, the aircraft returned to Pratica di Mare.
The flight of the KC-767A is a further indication of Italy’s commitment to supporting Ukraine. The aircraft can be configured in three different setups, with a payload capacity of up to 25,000 kg; in its CARGO configuration, it can carry up to 19 standard NATO military pallets.
