After a calm morning, NATO surveillance missions in the Black Sea area began again:

  • a NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90446) is orbiting, as usual, over the Danube delta;
  • a USN Boeing P-8A departed from NAS Sigonella is arriving in the area;
  • an RAF Boeing RC-135W (reg. ZZ664) is heading for the central Black Sea where it will operate a surveillance mission
