Fulcrum & Fencer in Libya

Today we publish two interesting photos taken at Al-Jufrah air base, central Libya, during the visit of Lieutenant General Khairy Al-Tamimi, Director of the Office of the Commander in Chief and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Lieutenant General Muhammad Al -Manfour.

The first photo is of a Mig-29 ‘Fulcrum’ (reg. 043?) fighter jet armed with R-73 & R-27 air-to-air missiles.

The second photo is of a Sukhoi Su-24 ‘Fencer’.

Both aircraft would be in flight condition. The MIG-29 and Su-24 were delivered to the LNA in May 2020 (6 Mig-29 but at least two MiG-29 Fulcrum fighter jets, possibly piloted by shadowy Wagner,  crashed in Libya) .
