This track has been recorded this morning: it shows the flight of a Russian Air Force Ilyushin Il-62M (reg. RA-86495) departed from Moscow in flight over eastern mediterranean sea (to Libya?).
More than nine months after the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Turkish airspace is still open to Russian military aircraft (with the sole exception of those flying to Syria -where Turkey has direct interests-).
Turkey is the only NATO member country still implementing this policy. An ambiguous policy given that even the Bosphorus, which is closed to the military ships of foreign nations, sees the passage of Russian cargo ships carrying grain and other materials stolen by the Russians in Ukraine.
