Aries again over Libya

Also today a US Navy Lockheed EP-3A “Aries II” (157316) departed from Souda Bay AB, Crete, made a surveillance mission somewhere over Central Mediterranean Sea off Libya (and probably also over Libya).

We’ve more data to track with more precision the aircraft and to say where exactly the Aries made its mission.

The EP-3A is not a rare presence in this area.

The Lockheed EP-3A is the signals reconnaissance version of the P-3 Orion, operated by the United States Navy
