Italian mission off Misrata

This morning betwwen 7:30 and 8:30 AM CET, an Italian Air Force Gulfstream G.550 CAEW (MM62293) and a Boeing KC-767A (MM62228) left Pratica di Mare AB southbound.

This morning also an Italian Air Force Lockheed Martin C-130J ( MM62178 ) left Pisa San Giusto AB to  make an usual flight with supplies for the Italian military field hospital in Misrata.

The Gulfstream and the tanker made a mission in support of the flight landed in Misrata with most likely some unidentified figthers. In the past we’ve tracked with the tanker Italian F-35s from Amendola AB or F-2000 from Trapani Birgi AB.

When the C-130J left Libya also other aircraft lef the area.
