Russian MEDEVAC mission from Libya?

This morning we’ve tracked a Russian Air Force Ilyushin Il-76MD (RF-86906) used for MedEvac (Medicavl Evacuation) mission in flight over eastern Mediterranean Sea and landed around 10:45 CET in Latakia AB, Syria.

We’ve not the entire track of the flight because in this area there isn’t a good coverage of MLAT flights but it seems on the same route followed yesterday by a Russian AF Tu-154M departed from Benghazi.

Note that the aicraft left Latakia AB, in the opposite way, on 1st of January.
