Italian tanker AAR mission near Syrian border

This morning an Italian Air Force Boeing KC-767A (MM62228) left Pratica di Mare AB at 08:21 CET eastbound to make an aerial refueling (AAR) mission over eastern Turkey north of Syrian border.

After the refueling the Italian tanker is now on route to Italy. We dont’ know what other aircraft are involved but it isn’t the first time that we track a similar mission made directly from Italy.
