An Italian Customs ATR P-72B (MM62311) is back to Kalamata AB, southern Peloponnese, after a patrol mission.
The Italian aircraft is a Frontex asset and also this evening, as yesterday, made a patrol mission over southern Aegean Sea around the Island of Rhodes.

An international military flight training school recently opened in Kalamata. The Guardia di Finaza is a frequent guest there but definitely not the only one — some from non-EU member countries. Given the routes of these flights ex-KLX and FRONTEX’s reliance on drones in that area — sometimes also visible on on-line flight-trackers — these flights may very well serve another more purpose. 😉
