Italy starts evacuating embassy in Kabul

The evacuation of Italian diplomats and other citizens from the Italian embassy in Kabul to the Afghanistan capital is underway.

At least two US (?) Sikorsky UH-60 are now continuing to shuttle personnel from the embassy to the airport.

This evening at 21:30 local time is scheduled a flight to Italy operated by an Italian Air Force C-130J.
