The southern part of NATO’s eastern borders is still affected by numerous flights this morning:

  • USAF Boeing KC-135R (reg. 60-0335) orbiting over southern Poland
  • USAF Boeing KC-135R (reg. 59-1470) orbiting over northern Romania
  • USAF General Dynamic F-16s (callsign VIPER) departed Aviano AB performing AAR with 59-1470
  • RAF Airbus KC.2 (reg. ZZ333) orbiting over southern Romania
  • USAF Northrop Grumman (reg. 10-2045 – callsign FORTE11) performing a surveillance mission off Crimea
