During the night several surveillance missions took place on the Romanian-Ukrainian border:

  • a NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90448 – callsign MAGIC11) is returning to Konya AB after orbiting west of Iasi
  • a USAF Boeing RC-135U (reg. 64-14849 – callsign HOMER49) is flying to Souda Bay AB after operating on the Romanian-Moldovan border.
  • a USAF Boeing RC-135V (reg. 63-9792 – callsign HOMER41) is also flying to Souda after a flight near the border with Moldova and Ukraine.
