Numerous surveillance missions over Eastern Europe this afternoon:

  • RAF Boeing RC-135W (reg. ZZ665) in flight over northern Poland
  • USAF Boeing E-8C (reg. 95-0121 – callsign REDEYE6) in flight over central Poland
  • NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90452) in flight over Poland near the Belorussian border
  • USAF Boeing RC-135W (reg. 62-4130 – callsign JAKE11) in flight over Romania

In this map we have highlighted in blue the area covered by the sensors of the aircraft (this area is indicative because the actual coverage may depend on a number of rather complex factors).
