The airlift between Italy and Poland continues today.
An Italian Air Force Lockheed C-130J (reg. MM62177) is returning to Italy from Rzeszow airport for its second flight of the day (the first was made this morning).
Second mission to Poland also for an Italian Air Force Boeing KC-767A (reg. MM62229) which took off at 18.25 CEST.
The aircraft, carrying military supplies for Ukraine, are not allowed by the Budapest government to fly over Hungary (even though it is a NATO member…)
The airlift between Italy and Poland is operated with KC-767As and C-130Js departing from the Pisa or Pratica di Mare air bases.
