New surveillance missions over eastern Romania this morning. Both focus on the border with Moldova:

  • USAF Boeing RC-135W (reg. 62-4131 – callsign HOMER 41) departed from Soudabay AB
  • USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B (reg. 11-2046 – callsign FORTE11) departed from NAS Sigonella
