This morning, three allied assets can be tracked in the Black Sea theatre:

  • NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90443) orbiting north of Constanta;
  • USN Lockheed EP-3E (reg. 159893) over the Danube’s delta;
  • USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B (reg. 11-2046 – callsign VIVI11), departed from NAS Sigonella, and is operating over the Black Sea south of Crimea
