Surveillance mission for anĀ Italian Air Force Gulfstream E.550 CAEW (reg. MM62303).

The aircraft took off from Pratica di Mare AB at 10:14 CEST and is now orbiting eastern Poland near the border with Ukraine.

From this position, the aircraft can cover the whole of western Ukraine and Belarus.

It is the second time that we track an Italian CAEW operating in this area, usually the missions have always taken place over Romania.
