Polish mission for an ItAF CAEW

Surveillance mission for an Italian Air Force Gulfstream E.550 CAEW (reg. MM62303 – callsign PERSEO71).

The aircraft took off from Pratica di Mare AB at 09:18 CEST and is back home after a surveillance mission carried out now over eastern Poland near the border with Ukraine.

From this position, the aircraft can cover the whole of western Ukraine, Belarus and Kaliningrad Russian enclave.

It is the fourth time that we track an Italian CAEW operating in this area, usually the missions have always taken place over Romania.
