“FORTE10” (USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B, reg. 10-2045) has departed this night from NAS Sigonella around 06:00 CEST and it has arrived over the Black Sea at around 10:30 CEST this morning.

Since then, it has been orbiting over the western and central part of the Black Sea.

Missiles used to hit civilian targets in Ukrainian cities this morning were fired from Russian Navy units sailing in the western Black Sea: “Three cruise missiles launched on Ukraine this morning from Russian ships in the Black Sea crossed Moldova’s airspace,” Moldovan Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu said on Oct. 10.
