TACAMO mission in progress?

This afternoon we are observing unusual traffic to the west of Gibraltar.

A USNavy Boeing P-8A and a USAF Boeing E-6B (reg. 164387 – callsign DRAX11) are in the air. Both are orbiting not too far from each other.

Yesterday left Gibraltar U.S. Navy Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Rhode Island (SSBN 740) and it is possible that the traffic we are seeing today is related to it as the E-6B conveys instructions from the National Command Authority to fleet ballistic missile submarines, a mission known as TACAMO (‘Take Charge And Move Out’).
