An RAF Boeing RC-135W (reg. ZZ664), departed from RAF Waddington, orbited along the border between Moldova and Romania while an Italian Air Force Gulfstream E.550 CAEW (reg. MM62293 – callsign PERSEO71), departed from Pratica di Mare AB, orbited over eastern Romania
