Afternoon of ‘busy’ traffic from Libya: an Italian Air Force C-130J (reg. MM62180), which took off from Pisa San Giusto AB carried out its usual mission in support of the Italian mission in Misrata, leaving the Libyan city at around 16:15 CET.

At about the same time, a US Special Operations Command Dornier C-146A (reg. 95-3058) left Benghazi for NAS Sigonella. The aircraft will then proceed to Stuttgart, Germany.

Over the past 10 days we have tracked three different missions of US Special Operations Command aircraft to and from Libya.
