Movement also towards the southern Adriatic.

A USN Boeing P-8A that took off from NAS Sigonella operated for about an hour over the southern Adriatic near the Carrier Strike Group of the USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77).

When the Poseidon set course for the Sicilian base, a pair of USN Grumman C-2As (reg. 162140, 162171) left Sigonella in the direction of the US aircraft carrier.
