SPYDR on task

In the last week, the Italian Air Force Beech B.350ER SPYDR (reg. MM62300) carried out several missions, all over the Sicilian Channel.

One of these missions departed from Decimomannu AB while all the others departed from Pratica di Mare AB.

The area of ‘attention’ of the Italian aircraft was always that of the Sicilian channel, more specifically the SPYDR always orbited in the vicinity of the island of Pantelleria.

It should be noted that the aircraft always remained in the area for a relatively short time, less than two hours.
