A new week of activity begins for a USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B (reg. 11-2046 – callsign FORTE10).

The drone, which took off from the sigonella base in Sicily, is conducting a surveillance mission over the Black Sea.

The drone is concentrating mainly in the area south of Crimea and partly in the eastern part of the Black Sea basin.

Compared to a few weeks ago when this type of mission conducted by US drones had become very rare and was always conducted within the Turkish FIR in recent days, we are once again witnessing missions typical of those that had been carried out since the beginning of the war in Ukraine.
