In the past few days we wrote how the presence of NATO assets in the Black Sea theatre was almost continuous.
This morning we have proof of this: while a USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B (reg. 11-2046 – callsign FORTE10) is returning to NAS Sigonella after almost 24 hours of flight, another drone, a NATO Northrop Grumman RQ-4D (reg. MM-AV-SA0016 – callsign MAGMA10) has left the Sicilian base heading towards the Black Sea.
The operations in the area are not only aimed at monitoring the situation of the Russian armed forces (navy and air force above all) in the area, but also at providing intelligence information to the Ukrainian armed forces (especially related to the launch of missiles by the units of the Black Sea Fleet)
