After a few days of (relative) calm today, several NATO missions took place in the Black Sea theatre.

After this morning’s mission of a French Beech, two NATO Boeing E-3As (reg. LX-N90451, LX-N90442) orbited Eastern Romania, the first one coming from Konya AB, Turkey, the second from Geilenkirchen Air Base. At the end of their respective missions, the one from Turkey is returning to Germany while the one from Germany has landed in Turkey.

SIGINT mission also for an RAF Boeing RC-135W (reg. ZZ665) which is orbiting Eastern Romania. Given the absence of any further RAF assets, we believe that the aircraft will remain on land and will not move over the Black Sea.
