US assets monitoring possible Russian navy activity in Black Sea

In the past, we have observed a mission of a USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B in this corner of the Black Sea.

In this case, the US drone (reg. 10-2045 – c/s FORTE10) is orbiting in an unusual area for its missions. A little further north, a USN Boeing P-8A, which also took off from NAS Sigonella like the Global Hawk, is orbiting over eastern Romania.

Is it possible that there is Russian Navy activity in the area, as happened the last time we saw this mission pattern?
