FORTE over eastern Mediterranean Sea

We are accustomed to seeing it operate over the Black Sea, but today FORTE10 (USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4D, reg. 10-2045) is flying over the Eastern Mediterranean.

The drone, launched from NAS Sigonella, is operating off the coast of Lebanon, just outside the Beirut FIR. Since the beginning of the Gaza crisis, surveillance missions in the area have increased, and it is not the first time that Global Hawks based in Sigonella have been used as well.
