This moring we’ve tracked a Royal Air Force Boeing C-17A (reg. ZZ175, f/n RRR6610) operating a flight from RAF Brize Norton to Misrata.

The aircraft has departed from RAF Brize Norton at 08:51 CET and it has landed in Misrata, Libya, around 12:10 CET.

Although rare, these types of flights are tracked with some periodicity. On Misrata we have seen C-130s/C-17As/A400Ms operated by the RAF.

The nature of these flights remains unknown.
