CAEW off Libya?

Around 4PM, local time, an Italian Air Force Gulfstream G.550 CAEW (MM62303) left Rome Ciampino airport southbound.

We’ve tracked ther aircraft until the island of Pantelleria; then the signal was lost when the CAEW flying southbound.

In the past weeks the same plane followed a similar route disappering in the same area. We know that in this case it made a patrol mission off Misrata, Libya.

Maybe today too a similar mission?
