Italian Navy Merlin crash

An Italian Navy Agusta Westland SH.101 “Merlin” (MM81487) crashed yesterday afternoon (around 6PM) on board the destroyer Caio Duillio (D554) during a night training flight.

All six helicopter crew members survived and no one was injured. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
