Italian MEDEVAC mission in Benghazi

This morning around 08:00 AM CET an Italian Air Force Lockheed Martin C-130J (reg. MM62177 – callsign IAM4615) left Rome Ciampino airport southbound.

The Hercules made a flight from Rome to Benghazi, Libya.
This is a MEDEVAC ( MEDical EVACuation) mission to transport some children from Benghazi to “Bambin Gesù” hospital in Rome.
