Italian mission over Black Sea?

This morning an Italian Air Force Gulfstream E.550 CAEW (reg. MM62303 – callsign IAM1495) left Pratica di Mare AB at eastbound. We’ve tracked the aircraft until the Black Sea where, at 12:03 CET, the signal was lost.

The Gulfstream is reappeared in flight over Apulia almost 5 hours later at 16:50 CET on the route to land in Pratica di Mare AB.

We don’t even know what it did  in this time but this morning the military traffic over Black Sea was numerous. Maybe the Italian plane made a surveillance mission over Black Sea off Crimea with US planes? It would be the first time we’ve seen a similar mission made by an Italian plane.
