NATO AWACS over central Mediterranean Sea

A NATO Boeing E-3A (LX-N90448) departed from Geilenkirchen AB is making a surveillance mission between Malta and Libya in the same area where, in the past days, similar missions were made by a Turkish Air Force Boeing E-7T.

The aircraft, departed at 09:01 CEST is arrived in the area oaround 11:30 CEST.
