This morning around 09:30 CEST an unidentified aircraft left Sigonella AB southbound.

The ICAO hexcode indicated (33FD6B) is Italian but also in the past we’ve tracked the same “plane” and observing the route, the altitude (over 51k feet) and the speed (350 knot) of the aircraft we can identify it as a  Northrop Grumman RQ-4D “Global Hawk”, one of the NATO drones based in Sigonella (callsign “MAGMA”) .

When the aircraft entered into Tripolii FIR the signal is disappeared. The drone is making a surveillanc emision somewhere over Libya.
