This morning we’re tracking a new mission for a Turkish Air Force AWACS. The Boeing E-7T (13-002) departed from Konya AB made a first part of its surveillance mission south west of Cyprus and now is orbiting near Dalaman, north east of the island of Rhodes.
Ar the same time the Turkish research ship Oruc Reis continues its survey campaign in the Greek and Cypriot exclusive economic zone (which Turkey does not recognize) escorted by some units of the Turkish navy.
