Italian missions off Libya

Today we’ve tracked a double Italian mission off Libya.

The Italian Air Force Beech B350ER (reg. MM32600 – callsign 1468) made an ISR mission off western Libya, this time departing from Trapani Birgi AB (and not from Pantelleria AB as usual).

At the same time also an Italian Air Force Gulfstream E.550 CAEW departed from Pratica di Mare AB was in flight over Strait of Sicily southbound but its ADS-B transponder was switched off when the aircraft was in flight near Pantelleria.

We don’t know if the two missions were releaded each other.
