Today we’ve tracked the first Black Sea mission for one NATO Northrop Grumman RQ-4D “Phoenix” (MM-AV-SA-0016) based in Sigonella AB.

The drone is departed around 11:00 CET and when is arrived over the Black Sea switched off its ADS-B transponder. Usually the USAF “Global Hawk” instead carry out the entire mission with transponder on.

After 3 hours mission the RQ-4D is on the way to home.
