On Twitter appeared several photos, and a video, of some Mig-29s flying over Al Juffra, central Libya. The photos are interesting and because you can see the aircraft with Libyan markings.
According to information from various sources there active 5/6 second-hand Belarusian Mig-29s; they are not Russian Air Force planes but they will be used directly by the LNA Air Force and they are based in Al Juffra AB.
The pilots should be Libyan (but of course there are no confirmation)
