The second round of Ukraine-Russia talks is currently taking place in a location near Brest, Belarus.

Several NATO assets are carrying out surveillance missions in the area:

  • USAF Boeing E-8C (reg. 95-0121, callsign REDEYE6) 
  • RAF Boeing RC-135W (reg. ZZ665)
  • NATO BOEING E-3A (reg. LX-N90459)
