Again NATO’s eyes were on the western Black Sea, Odessa region and Transnistria this morning:

  • NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90446) departing from Konya AB is orbiting eastern Romania
  • USN Lockheed EP-3E (reg. 160764) flies near the border between Romania and Moldova

Kiev General Staff announced that Russians have started to mobilise units in Transnistria. Ukraine claims Russia might use these additional units for provocations and demonstrative actions on the border with Ukraine’s Odesa region.
