US assets at work in the Black Sea area

This morning, two USAF assets are carrying out surveillance missions in the Black Sea area:

  • USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B (reg. 11-2046 – callsign FORTE11) which took off last night from NAS Sigonella is carrying out a surveillance mission over the western Black Sea
  • US Army Bombardier CL.60 “ARTEMIS” took off from Constanta, Romania, is carrying out a reconnaissance flight along the border between Romania, Moldova and Romania
