These days, tensions between Greece and Turkey are again at high levels following the Turkish authorities’ denunciation of alleged Greek military movements in the Aegean islands that Ankara believes should be demilitarised.
For the past four hours (the aircraft has arrived on th Aegean around 11:30 CEST), a Turkish Navy ATR P-72MPA (reg. TCB-754 – callsign MARTI94) has been carrying out a patrol mission over the Central Aegean Sea, going less than 50 miles from Athens. The mission is still in progress (15:30 CEST).
The aircraft is operating over international waters but within the Greek FIR.

You are Itsluan? You are a european citizen as author. And you don’t write that the turkish aircraft being in the greek FIR without flight plan is a greek and european territory violation! You could see a tourkish air force aircraft without flight plan 50 miles from Rome and it would be just a flight?
