This afternoon we record several RAF aircraft in flight in and around the Mediterranean:

  • Airbus KC.2 (reg. ZZ335) from RAF Akrotiri in flight over the North Tyrrhenian Sea
  • Airbus KC.2 (reg. ZZ343) from Bahrain also flying over the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea
  • Airbus KC.2 (reg. ZZ331) returning to RAF Akrotiri after an AAR mission over Iraq
  • Boeing C-17A (reg. ZZ172) took off from Bahrain in flight over Turkey northbound
  • Boeing RC-135W (reg. ZZ664) took off from Souda Bay AB flying over Romania on an SGINT mission
