An Italian Air Force Boeing KC-767A (reg. MM62226) which took off this morning around 09:00 CET carried out over central Romania an aerial refuelling of a NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90451), departed from Geilenkirchen AB (Germany).
The refuelling took place for about half an hour between 10:00 and 10:30 CET.
At the end of the operation, the Italian aircraft flew back to Italy while the NATO AWACS flew over eastern Romania.
