Today “only” a NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90446) is in action over Romania, which took off from Konya AB, central Turkey, this morning.
While AWACS is orbiting eastern Romania a Russian Air Force Tupolev Tu-204 (reg. RA-64059) took off from Belbek Air Base bound for Moscow.
Interestingly, it is rare to be able to track these types of flights since their departure from Crimea.
